It's...!
Hello, hello? I'm sure I have no audience yet. I'm slowly trying to establish some sort of web presence for myself. I used to have a web page, years ago, in college. Since then my html skills have gone down the toilet, and so I am resorting to using a publishing tool until I can figure out a better way to do this.
Why start a blog? I'm sure you've read all of the trite reasons to do so. I got addicted to reading other people's blogs, really. It's nice to know what old friends are up to. Sometimes you stumble across some really excellent writing. On the other hand, I like having a place to air my thoughts, and I've always been crap at maintaining a paper journal. So here goes. I'm hoping to get less lo-fi in the coming days and include some pictures, links, etc. But until then, enjoy the words.
