And the weather will hold...
I'm pretty well recovered from the festival. Tomorrow, my best friend Diana is coming down and we're going to see Grandaddy and Super Furry Animals. I'm so excited - it's going to be such a great show. They're double-headlining, apparently. Yay! I also have an appointment to get my hair did tomorrow. My stylist is named Missy, so that makes it even better. I'm going to get it cut a bit shorter, and add some chunky layers up the back. Yay new hair!

Too bad it's Texas again... by which I mean the cooler weather we've been experiencing over the past couple of weeks is gone, and it's hot again. At least it seems that way to me. That keeps me from fully enjoying myself. I need to live somewhere without such a brutal summer, I think. Come on Texas, it's officially autumn.

edit: I just found out that I have a second interview for a promotion at work. Yay! However, it's tomorrow. On my vacation day. When my friend is going to be here. During my hair appointment. There is no justice! I asked if they could reschedule, and they said no. I guess I'll reschedule Missy and drag Diana along to an interview.
