Good news! Plus, I'm tired.
Good things are around the corner here at Ordinary Addictions... This weekend Victor's parents will be visiting (I have been requested to make a dessert.. how housewifey of me), and his sister and her friend are coming in tomorrow. Then next weekend is the Austin City Limits Festival at Zilker Park. And then the next weekend, Diana is coming down for the Super Furry Animals/Grandaddy show. Yay!

The only downside of all of this madness is that I'm already tired as it is. I've been tired since returning from India. I'm sure it's still some sort of residual effect of the travel and jet lag. Every night I want to go to sleep at 8 or 9! I'm used to staying up until midnight at least.

By the way, does anyone else think of crazy Christian fundamentalist stuff when they see the phrase "Good News?"

Also, does anyone else ever get a phrase or name stuck in their head that keeps repeating itself over and over? I asked Victor yesterday if it happened to him, and he said no. The last two days, I've had "Nantlais Williams" repeating in my head. Apparently, he was a minister, poet, and hymn writer. No idea how he came to be dominating my thoughts. Weird. Wait, he didn't write "Hwiangerdd Mair" (as sung by Gorky's Zygotic Mynci) did he?

edit: I've looked all over google and yahoo, and I can't see anywhere that says he wrote that song. So where did I find him?
