Update.
Hey everybody. Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been pretty busy... Here's what's been going on:

Friday, Victor and I scrambled to look for trucks to rent for our trip to IKEA on Saturday. We got nowhere. I began contemplating life without a couch again. We went grocery shopping and ate at Central Market. They have a really yummy restaurant there. I had a roast beef and brie sandwich with fresh fruit. After that, we just watched TV for a while.

Saturday morning, Victor was able to locate a pickup truck to rent. We were supposed to go to Fado to watch soccer, but we found out from Dylan that it cost $20 to get in. Nevermind! We just left for Houston instead, after picking up the truck. At IKEA, I got a new sofa and table, both in white. I wanted the sofa in red, but they didn't have that slipcover available. I didn't see a red table, but I would have probably preferred red if it had been there. I also got some other random stuff for my kitchen and bathroom. Victor got a desk and a super cool rug. Saturday night was spent putting all of our stuff together.

Sunday we returned the truck, got breakfast tacos, and then went over to Victor/Ryan/Karen's house for a barbeque. It was in honor of my and Collier's return to Texas. Lots of people showed up and made lots of yummy food. We played soccer afterwards, and I wanted to throw up. I'm not going to eat and drink at a barbeque and then go play in the hot sun again. I accidentally kicked the ball straight into Victor's crotch. Oops. Maybe I should get him a cup.

In work news, I finally got my phone fixed this morning. Yay.
