Saturation Level: Exceeded
Every time I come here, I manage to have a pretty good time... up to a point. That's when I start counting down the days until I get home. I'm at that point now.

Working in a foreign country can be so frustrating, especially if there are major cultural differences about how business is conducted. Even though we're speaking the same language (sort of...), the way that Americans conduct business and the way that Indians conduct business is very different.

I'm tired of people being late for everything. Or not showing up at all. I'm tired of the constant talking in my training class, and I'm sick of the sharing of answers during assessments.

Four or five of the systems in the training class don't work, and IT refuses to do anything about them. We have told them countless times, yet the computers still don't work.

Everything here is run by emotions. If a person doesn't like someone, that's considered a good reason to not work on the same team or as a group with them. That gets really difficult when people start doing someone else's job for them, even though they don't know how to do it, because they don't want to go to that person with any issues.

I could go on and on. I'm just so ready to get out of here. Come on, April 9th!
