Gonna have to face it, I'm addicted to skirts.

I've been organizing my closet today.  I'm still finding more clothes to unpack, and they were beginning to pile up, so I decided to tackle the whole mess.  You know those four-tiered skirt hangers?  Well, I had two, and they were full.  I kept finding more and more skirts, so I purchased an additional skirt hanger when I was at Grapevine Mills.  Oops, still not enough!  So I just went to Target to get three more.  Guess what?  I still have more skirts left hangerless.  I shudder to think what I sent off in my dry cleaning, which Victor will deliver tomorrow.  There are at least two in there.  And what did I buy today?  Another frickin' skirt.

Tonight, I'm concentrating on some hardcore unpacking.  Victor's getting home tomorrow, and I want to have everything unpacked that is humanly possible before he gets here.  Wait, do I sound like a '50's housewife?  Hmmm... even though I do have some Suzy Homemaker tendencies, the real impetus behind my rush to complete the Great Unpacking is that we are leaving for Argentina on Saturday.  Nine glorious days in Buenos Aires!  I refuse to come back to a house full of boxes.

I've been pretty sporadic with the olde blogging lately, for which I humbly apologize.  This also means I have failed to properly promote my friend Kris's latest theatrical venture. He's currently in a play called The Pyrates in Chicago, which is a production of Defiant Theatre. It's been getting good reviews, and Defiant Theatre even appears in my Time Out Chicago guide, so that's got to be a good sign. Chicagoans, go see Kris!

Alright, back to the grindstone.  You know, I used to work in a place with an actual grindstone, but that's a story for another day.
