Depressing. Very.
So, the job hunt is just not going very well. I just keep sending out resumes, and I just keep getting no responses. Why am I so unemployable? I have a college degree, lots of skills, and plenty of experience. I don't want to have to go back to answering phones in a call center, but I'm afraid that's what it's going to come down to. I guess if I don't start hearing back from any of the companies in the next few weeks, I'll head over to a temp agency. I need to start making some money.
I could really use some cheering up (or a job). Maybe this weekend's planned trip to Boston will perk me up... but it might work in the exact opposite.
Oh, are any of you techie/web gurus? I need to break free from my old ISP, Texas.Net, in a really bad way. I'm looking for a site host and a place to buy a domain name. Any ideas?
I promise tomorrow I'll be back to semi-witty Mandy again.
